Unban Terms of Agreement
[Denied]: Your unban is denied, and you will not get a second chance at an unban for the same ban. If you are unbanned without being granted an unban or make a new SteamID, all your current and future STEAM_ID"s will be banned from all TrU servers; this thread and future related threads are automatically locked.
How do I dispute the ban?
You must be registered on our forums to dispute the ban.
You are then given THREE days, from the time you are banned, to make an unban post.
Your unban post MUST include the following:
1--> MAIN IN-GAME NAME* (the name you use most, NOT your Steam account name):
2--> NAME USED AT THE TIME OF BAN*:
3--> YOUR STEAMID:
4--> TIME OF BAN (approx.):
5--> DATE OF BAN (i.e. Sunday, January 1, 9251):
6--> SERVER YOU WERE BANNED FROM (DUST1, DUST2, Aim_Ak-Colt, etc..):
7--> A paragraph, with complete sentences, about what you were doing right before you were banned (i.e. killing a player in a questionable manner, achieving a series of headshots in a questionable manner, etc.). If you were banned for a racial related incident, then you must write an essay about how racism ruins today's society and post it along with your unban post.
8--> A paragraph, with complete sentences, on why you think you were banned. DO NOT provide redundant reasons (i.e. I'm in CAL, I'm 1337, I've played CS for a long time, etc.).
9--> I have read and understood the Unban Terms of Agreement.**
* We will know if you are lying about the name's you've used.
** This will show that you have read and understood the Unban Terms of Agreement. If you do not include this sentence, then your unban post will be IGNORED. We have already had numerous unban topics where the banned player has ranted and asked how long until he/she will hear word from TrU Management; these things WILL TAKE TIME, depending on how difficult your case is and whether or not they have the time to deal with your unban (we all have a life of our own).
By making an unban post, you agree that:
- You understand that the unbanning process will go as follows:
1. Player must fill out unban form correctly, otherwise it is voided.
2. This is your first and only post related to your ban.
3. The accused player must wait for TrU Management to respond.
- You will be unbanned under the following conditions:
1. Admin does not have at least one demo and/or there are no other demos by other players.
2. Demo(s) are inconclusive.
3. No admin has come to dispute your case AND there are no other demos by other players.
Please note that we reserve the right to deny your unban request under any circumstances.
Example of an ACCEPTABLE unban post:
1--> MAIN IN-GAME NAME: guy
2--> NAME USED AT THE TIME OF BAN: guy

4--> TIME OF BAN (approx.): 10:30pm(cent.)
5--> DATE OF BAN (i.e. Sunday, January 1, 9251): January 20, 2005
6--> SERVER YOU WERE BANNED FROM: DUST2
7--> I was T and just as the round started, I was running to B from spawn. As I ran into B-tunnel, I looked to my right, then looked at entrance to B, then poof... I was kicked. I tried to get back in and before ever entering the server, I get kicked. I try once more and the same happens. A third time and I find out that I am banned. I don't understand why, so then I check the server's players list and only see TrU | QQnoobgirl in there as the only TrU member and admin currently playing, and now I'm here making an unban post.
8--> I really think my ban was a mistake, but then again, I could have been banned for a high ping (my ping has been high lately and my connection's been choppy too). If I was told to fix my ping, then I'm sorry, since I tend to not notice the chat texts. For any other reason of being banned, I am sorry, but I assure that I do not have hacks of any sort. No one was complaining about me. They were complaining about another hacker by the name of [myg0t] something, who was immediately banned, and I may have been banned by accident. But If I'm wrong and did something that I am unaware of, I apologize.

hey my name is guy and i was banned by admin... what a fag just bc i pwnd his ass and everyone else everyround... he bans me after someone complains about me hacking... i mean geez... what can u expect? im CAL-I ... obviously some people dont know what 1337 is...
